ImMortal 2

No Fit State Circus , Edinburgh , August 15, 2005
This review first appeared in the Western Mail...

Wales’ finest, the 50 strong NoFit State Circus bring their Tardis-like Big Top to Edinburgh prior to Catalunya and London.

Their 20th Anniversary show, ImMortal2 is a dark descent into the slaughterhouse, where horror and romance combine.

The Team is talented and, at their best, forget that gravity is supposed to operate even in a Big Top

Under the direction of Firenza Guidi, they combine acrobatics and juggling to great effect.

The highlights include a phenomenal hula hoop act, great teamwork as eight performers operate simultaneously and strong work with ropes, bungees and trapeze.

The whole show has drama added by gypsy-influenced music and some great lighting design by Adam Cobley
