An old widow woman longs to return home to her village by the sea after living for many years as an outsider in her husband’s village. As she sets out on this epic journey across the rugged and dangerous mountains, she meets a wild boy who barks at her and will not speak. An unlikely friendship forms as he joins her on this hazardous journey! They encounter many strange characters and adversities and discover new strengths as they strive to overcome the obstacles along the way. Will the boy find his voice? Will the old woman find the peace she yearns in coming home? A deep understanding and love grows between them as they approach their journey’s end.
