Owen Money Theatre Company This week OMTC Ltd starts its winter pantomime season with ‘Cinderella’ at Theatr Brycheiniog, Brecon before travelling to the Coliseum, Aberdare in December. Owen Money starring as Buttons leads a top rate professional cast which includes Llinos Thomas; Peter Brad-Leigh; Philip Howe; Richard Tunley; Lloyd Davies and Anthony Moulton in a magical show packed with music, dance and fun. Mike Doyle will then take over as Buttons for the rest of the tour kicking off the Christmas season at Blackwood Miners Institute, where the tickets have sold very well.

After appearing in major city pantomimes in Swansea and Cardiff Mike was delighted to be cast in a pantomime that brings affordable theatre to the valley communities. The tour will progress during the winter months to the Lyric Theatre Carmarthen, the Princess Royal Theatre Port Talbot, the Parc & Dare Treorchy and last but not least to the Congress in Cwmbran which will stage the last performance on February 17th 2008 making this production the longest running pantomime in the UK.


The Muni Arts Centre, Pontypridd is staging OMTC’s second production Jack & the Beanstalk during the 2007 the two week Christmas holiday season. Starting on Monday 17th December Owen takes the lead as Tommy Trott, with an all star cast which includes Huw Ceredig as the King; Brendon Charleson as Fleshcreep; Sam Broad as Jack; Ross O’Hennessy as Dame Trott; Nikki Lang as the Fairy and Amy Coombes as the Princess. The show which finishes on 30th December is packed with fun, music and dance – performances which will delight old and young alike.

Owen Money Theatre Company never fails to delight and previous pantomimes have played to packed theatres throughout South Wales.
