Radio Station Presenters Invade Arts Venues Cardiff has been taken over by the sight of Red Dragon FM Breakfast presenters Jase and Mel, and South Wales theatres and arts venues one of the hot spots for sightings.

50 contestants are competing for the chance to win their mortgage paid for a whole year along with a year’s supply of Brace’s Bread, by carrying around a large cardboard cut-out of Red Dragon FM presenters Jase and Mel for two whole weeks to local hot spots to collect points in order to win the huge prize.

As well as local landmarks and supermarkets, theatres can earn contestants 20 points for the challenge, which is raising the profile of many of the regions venues.

Sherman Cymru’s very own Box Office Manager Laura Brayford is one of the contestants hoping to win her mortgage for a year and has been bringing Jase and Mel along to work with her everyday since the challenge began on Monday. She comments:

“I get points for bring the cut-out to work also so Jase and Mel also been sitting here with me As Sherman is also one of the places that can earn points, I’m waiting for another contestant to come in so we can introduce our Jase and Mel’s!”

Listeners of Red Dragon FM also get to win money by spotting contestants. To support Laura and to get entered into a competition to win £250 each day, text the key word SPOTTED and where and when you’ve seen her to Red Dragon FM on 80974.
