Actorsworkshop have just released details of three specialliy created summer workshops. During August actorsworkshop will once again be running "Bitesize", a relaxed, highly practical series of acting and performance workshops for you to get your teeth into. These have been run for several years now, and they prove popular with those who take part. The sessions are held on Sundays, so hopefully having no stress from having done a days work, why not sign up? The sessions also come with refreshments included! The2008 line up is as follows: Bitesize Film Making! Sunday 3rd August Led by Jamie Lee and David Wilson 9.30-6.00pm £40 In this first bitesize workshop you'll get to storyboard your own short film, get experience of acting on camera, film, edit and finally view back your film. All in one day! A great introduction to film-making for any budding film-makers/film actors! Number are strictly limited so please book early to avoid disappointment! Bitesize Physical Theatre Sunday 10th August Led by Cian Marc 9.30-1.00pm £20 Cian Marc leads a great, diverse practical session looking at theatre creation through physicality. No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to take part! A fun session that you may not have explored before. Great for anyone who wants to learn something new, build some vital skills for theatre school or just have a bit of fun! Bitesize Radio Theatre Sunday 24th August Led by Jamie Lee 9.30-1.00pm £20 A practical session where you'll get the chance to perform some radio theatre! You'll get the chance to learn all about microphone technique, creating sound effetcs, performing on radio in drama, sketches and much more! A great fun workshop for all!
