![]() Fluellen Theatre Company was formed in 2000 to produce a wide repertoire of classic plays from world theatre, and was named after the pugnacious Welsh Captain in Shakespeare`s Henry V. They are renowned for their ability to present classical theatrical works in a manner which blows away the cobwebs while preserving the integrity of the original. Described as “an agreeably eccentric, larger-than-life, jovial man whose laughter rings all through the book,” Borrow provides a valuable and unique snapshot of Wales as it used to be. The one-man show is enhanced by music which is specially written and performed by leading Celtic harpist Delyth Jenkins. Catch And I was Bound for Wales at The Living Willow Theatre on Saturday 9 August at 7pm, with a bar and barbecue available from 6pm. Tickets cost £10 and £5 and can be purchased through the theatre box office on 01597 811487 |
