![]() Mike Doyle, with his easy wit and charm, has a wealth of pantomime experience behind him and Muddles is a role you could say was written especially for him. Mike will lead a strong cast with Lloyd Davies as Nurse Tydfil, Lewis Cook as Prince Mervyn, together with a very pretty Snow White in Amy Coombes. Nikki Lang as the brilliant and wicked Queen Lucretia with Deiniol Wyn-Rees cast as Oddjob the Queen’s henchman. The actors are talented, the set colourful, the songs catchy, and the comedy excellent. For the second production we travel across the oceans and visit distant shores to bring you the story of Robinson Crusoe (scripted by Alan Wightman). For the first time the company is to stage a pantomime at the Welfare Hall, Ystradgynlais before moving on for the Christmas period to the Muni Arts Centre, Pontypridd. Owen Money takes the lead as ‘Billy Crusoe’, with a full professional supporting cast. From the London West End stage - singing sensation Peter Karrie is to star as ‘Bluebeard’ an artiste of his caliber will surely thrill south Wales audiences. With jolly japes on the high seas, shipwreck and mayhem on the island, pirates, cannibals, Man Friday and Konga the Amorous Gorilla you have the plot for a rollicking, fun filled production in the great British tradition of pantomime for all the family. |
