CERI SHERLOCK is passionate about the arts and cultural scene in Wales. And as a highly-respected film-maker and academic he certainly has a wealth of experience in the field. It comes as no surprise then that he has been appointed expert adviser to the National Assembly’s arts and culture policy re-view.
