New writing franchise - a comment by Jeff Teare of Made in Wales |

I asked the Sherman and Dalier Sylw nearly a week ago to join me in asking ACW to suspend their new writing strategy since when I haven't heard anything from them. I have been told that ACW have a 'recommendation' as to who gets the new franchise (dunno who yet) but I am not allowed to tell what I've been told about how that recommendation was arrived at. Four years of working in Welsh theatre has taught me that expressing honest opinions gets you nowhere, I'm afraid I'll be better off saving my breath to cool my job-seekers allowance...
