Siamber Wen is a new Arts Council of Wales funded Research and Development project, running in The Annexe, Cardiff.The project explores ancient Welsh folk tales and myths, re-telling them through a mash-up of song, circus and live electronics. Our research integrates theatre, chinese pole, contemporary dance, folk song, live sampling, live editing and sonic transformation. The presentation is a work in progress, free of charge and will take place at 4pm on 21st November at The Annexe, Ebenezer Chapel, Charles Street, Cardiff. |
