National Dance Company Wales and Park Plaza Cardiff’s Laguna Health and Spa have been become corporate partners

The partnership will see Laguna providing e access for the company dancers to use the Laguna Health club’s and Spa’s outstanding outstanding Cardiff city centre facilities, whilst also giving members the chance to try something new. .
National Dance Company Wales deputy director, David Wilson said, “Laguna’s members will be able to gain a close understanding of the physical requirements of dance through workshops, gym sessions and informal discussion with our team. This perfect fit between the two organisations will support the high performance standards required by our dancers, fine tuning strength, agility and flexibility,: key elements in honing the physique of our world-class performers.
“Training and lessons will be held at Laguna’s splendid purpose-built gym, pool and studio and at the National Dance Company Wales’ home The Dance House, where our ten hand-picked international dancers train everyday and where the Company’s innovative international dances are created before touring Wales, the UK and internationally.”
