A call to all artists and those working in the arts sector in Wales

A call to all artists and those working in the arts sector in Wales
Cynnal Cymru-Sustain Wales is planning a series of events which will bring together artists, and people working within the arts sector in Wales to address the concept of sustainability: 'The art of living well, within the ecological limits of a finite planet.'

We aim to organise a series of events to discuss how artists and the arts might want to participate in, inspire or even lead the debate on the creation of a sustainable Wales. The artistic process and creative enquiry is at the heart of social change. This is not about art as propaganda, it is about the questioning, anarchic and unpredictable spirit of art and how it could inform and inspire a new vision at this time of ecological, economic and social instability.

Your opinions are important for the success of the project. We want to know if you would be interested in such events, what it is that you would want from them and, most importantly, how you would like to shape and participate in them. We want to hear the views of as many artists as possible from all creative disciplines and from anyone who works to support the arts infrastructure in Wales. Please help us by taking part in an on-line survey. It will take between five and ten minutes to complete.

The link below will take you to the survey.
