TOM JONES COMES TO ABERYSTWYTH!

TOM JONES COMES TO ABERYSTWYTH! One of literature’s great comic tales will be presented in May by Louche Theatre. ‘Tom Jones’ by Henry Fielding is rich, ripe and VERY funny, packed with colourful characters and riotous situations that we discover as we follow the numerous adventure of Tom, and his eye for a pretty girl !!
Following an amorous indiscretion with a local girl he is exiled from his family home and embarks on a series of adventures and misadventures from which he eventually emerges redeemed by love.

Although keeping faithful to the spirit of the classic novel, Louche Theatre’s exciting and fun-filled production is imbued with a sparkle that is completely contemporary!

Director, Harry Durnall said “The show is FULL of action, fun, song and dance. The 30 strong cast in beautiful 18th Century costumes, will guarantee our audiences a great evening of entertainment”

‘Tom Jones’ will be presented at Penglais School, Waun Fawr, Aberystwyth on May 6/7/8 at 7.30pm. Tickets may be booked by calling our Box Office on 01970 612617 or ‘on line’ at www.louchetheatre.com.
