This season we travel across the oceans and visit distant shores to bring you the story of Robinson Crusoe -well -our story of Robinson Crusoe. There are many versions of this famous tale and this production is a combination of all of them with a large slice of our imagination thrown in for good measure.
Jolly japes on the high seas as Robinson Crusoe, with one half of a treasure map, sets sail to Mystery Island on an adventure to find lost treasure. The map’s other half is in the hands of Bluebeard the Pirate who intends to find the treasure and keep it for himself.
Join the crew aboard the ‘Saucy Sal’; Robinson, his brother Billy, his mother Mrs. Crusoe, Captain Perkins and his pretty daughter Polly on their adventures and shipwreck on the island where they meet Man Friday. Unknown to them they are all protected from evil Bluebeard by Megan the Mermaid with her magical powers.
With pirates, cannibals, Man Friday and Konga the Amorous Gorilla -you have
the plot for a rollicking, fun filled production in the great British tradition of pantomime for all the family.
