Mae brwdfrydedd mawr ymhlith trefnwyr sioeau Cwmni Theatr Bara Caws yn y gymuned wrth i’r cwmni ddatgan mai addasiad John Ogwen o Nofel enwog Caradog Prichard ‘Un Nos Ola Leuad’ fydd eu cynhyrchiad cyntaf yn 2011.Bydd y cynhyrchiad yn cyd-fynd â hanner can mlwyddiant cyhoeddi’r nofel ysgytwol ac yn ddeg mlynedd ar hugain ers y cynhyrchiad gwreiddiol gan Gwmni Theatr Cymru. Dywedodd John Ogwen “Rwy’n edrych ymlaen yn fawr i gydweithio ar y cynhyrchiad cyffrous ac yn falch bod cenhedlaeth newydd yn cael cyfle i weld y ddrama. Excitement is rising among Cwmni Theatr Bara Caws’ co-ordinators in the community as the company reveals that their first production in 2011 is to be John Ogwen’s adaptation of Caradog Prichard’s stunning novel ‘Un Nos Olau Leuad’ (One moonlit night). On the fiftieth anniversary of the ground breaking novel’s publication the production also celebrates the thirtieth year since the play was originally produced by Cwmni Theatr Cymru. The actor and author John Ogwen said that he is looking forward immensely to the production and is really pleased that a completely new generation will have an opportunity to see the play. Speaking on behalf of the company, administrator Linda Brown said : ‘Several of our co-ordinators have already got in touch with us following the rumours of our intentions getting out, anyone wishing to secure a performance of this production in their area should contact us as soon as possible.
