FREE TORCH THEATRE TICKETS FOR A WHOLE YEAR

The Theatrical Management Association has launched its campaign to find enthusiastic members of the public to serve as regional panellists for the Barclays Theatre Awards. As part of the judging process of the Awards, around 140 panellists are appointed each year throughout the UK to assess productions that they would normally see as part of their regular theatregoing.

The Awards’ year runs from September 1 2002 to August 31 2003 and during this time panellists are asked to send in marks for productions they have seen. All successful applicants will receive a pair of complimentary tickets for each Torch Theatre production they wish to see.

If you would like to apply to be a panellist, you will be required to write a 100-150 word review of a theatre production you have seen in the past six months. If you are interested, and are not professionally connected with the theatre industry, then you can apply by:

·Collecting an application form from the Torch Theatre
·Sending an SAE to Awards Panel Applications (M), Awards Office, TMA, 32 Rose Street, London WC2E 9ET
·Calling the Barclays Theatre Awards Hotline on 020 7 557 6777
·E-mailing your name and address to barclaystheatreawards@solttma.co.uk

Closing date for applications is July 5 2002. Panellists will be selected during July and August.
