THE arts and culture sector in Wales is receiving another major increase in funding. The budget is to be boosted by 16.5pc and a new Culture Fund has been set up to distribute the money. "I am very pleased that the draft budget for 2003/04 and 2005/06 continues to favour the arts and culture and I know the (culture) committee share my appreciation of the additional resources that have already been made available for the sector in Wales," said Culture Minister Jenny Randerson.
