The Arts Council came under fire yesterday for the manner in which it is re-organising itself following years of heavy criticism from arts professionals. Despite being told to give a leading role to the National Assembly in the task, it is doing most of the work itself. And despite having received two major reports from consultants on how the Museum Place-based organisation should undergo change, it has now hired a third consultant to give advice.
