THE Arts Council of Wales has been dealt another blow only weeks after being heavily criticised in a damning report and losing its chief executive. The quango has come under attack once again following another review - this time self-commissioned - into its controversial drama strategy. ACW caused a furore earlier this year when it told three theatre companies that they were no longer required to provide a service for young people.
