| artistic policy | Rehearsals • Day Tuesday Time 7.00pm (prompt) to 10.00pm. Venue Llanyrafon Social Centre, Llanyrafon Way, Cwmbran, Torfaen. Clothing THE COMPANY T-shirt/sweatshirt and loose fitting clothing and trainers are advised as fluidity of movement is essential. (Other dance clothing and footwear are available to order at reduced prices for members only. Please contact Susannah for more information). Additional A pencil and your music folder (this will be provided by us along with any sheet music required). Refreshments Tea, coffee and bottled water will be available. Structure A rehearsal schedule will be provided in due course which will help you better plan your time. Spectators We are happy for friends/relatives to come and watch rehearsals but we would ask that they merely spectate and you remain focused on your role. Children We appreciate that members of THE COMPANY with young children and/or relatives may have childcare issues from time to time and need to bring them to rehearsals.However, this must only be done under extreme circumstances as it can unintentionally disrupt a rehearsal for other members. However, due to the intensity of rehearsal, this cannot and must not be a regular occurrence. |
