artistic policy Port Talbot Little Theatre is an amateur dramatic society, founded in 1941. We perform two productions each year in May and November at the Princess Royal Theatre, Port Talbot..

We meet in the Theatre Workshop at the Port Talbot Arts Centre on Fridays as well as Tuesdays when we’re rehearsing our productions.

Putting on a play doesn’t just require good actors and actresses. It also calls for many other talents such as D.I.Y, financial and administrative skills and not least the ability to make a good cup of tea! If you have an interest in live theatre or just fancy trying something different, why not join us? We always welcome new members in any capacity.
other notes Port Talbot Little Theatre's next production is at the Princess Royal
Theatre Port Talbot from the 8-10 May 2008 at 7.30pm.

Port Talbot Little Theatre will be serving up three helpings of dinner
ladies by Victoria Wood the popular comedy set in the cafeteria of HWD
components. Ms Wood has kindly given us special permission to perform
dinner ladies and we believe this is the first amateur performance of
Victoria Wood's comedy in Wales.

As you would expect the three episodes , Monday, Scandal and Royals
feature all the popular characters that audiences have grown to love from
grumpy teenager Twinkle, to veteran handy man Stan. These episodes see a fair few ups and downs at the factory including the constantly surprising sex life of Bren's awful mother Petula, the trials and tribulations of a Royal visit and the fraught preparations for a wedding. Full of humour
and a cast of off beat characters this production offers an evening of fun
and laughter.

Tickets are ý6.00 and are available from 01639 790636, www.ptlt.org.uk or
the Princess Royal box office.
