Dysgu Hedfan First presented in 2005
by Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama

synopsis:
College days are the best of your life, or so they say.

Indeed, Catrin and Helen live their lives to the full whilst studying. Helen has flying lessons whilst Catrin develops a taste for speed dating. When another student, Catrin’s cousin Lowri, comes to live with them, surely there are even more fun times on the horizon?

This is not the case, however, as Lowri has a different outlook on life. And more importantly she harbours a secret that will eventually shatter all three of the women’s lives...

Dyddiau coleg, dyddiau gorau eich bywyd, meddai nhw.

Yn wir, mae Catrin a Helen yn mwynhau bywyd i'r eithaf tra'n y coleg.  Mae Helen yn cael gwersi hedfan, tra bod Catrin wedi cael blas ar frys-ddetio.  Pan ddaw Lowri, myfyrwraig arall sy'n gyfnither i Catrin, i fyw gyda nhw does bosib bod yna hyd yn oed fwy o hwyl ar y gorwel?

I'r gwrthwyneb, oherwydd mae gan Lowri olwg hollol wahanol ar fywyd. Ac yn bwysicach mae ganddi gyfrinach fydd yn chwalu bywydau'r tair ohonynt yn ddeilchion..

A Welsh Language play commissioned in 2004 in collaboration with Script Cymru.

The play opens on a summer's evening when three members of the local snooker team in Tregors, a small village of no importance in rural Wales, are on duty watching the home of a man who is suspected of drug dealing.

The three men, from different generations, give vent to how they see things, where they've gone wrong and how  the communities are pulled apart.

The  play holds a dialogue about what it is like to be living at the beginning of the 21st Century and weaves wit, comedy and tragedy into the plot
