Specialising in the field of costume, I have gained construction skills for both traditional period costumes and contemporary pieces.

The presentation of costume projects has also included a range of stage make up, hair and wig styling and the construction or sourcing of

College productions have involved devising costumes in only a few days and from a limited range of materials, this has taught me to use initiate and to alter designs and ideas to incorporate what is available.

Much of my work has involved buying items to alter and constructing costumes on a low budget.
Along with the costume focus I have also gained a basic knowledge of props construction, set dressing, and overall production design.
