| Zoë Hewett is a versatile and experienced Set and Costume Designer, also working in Interiors and Events. Zoë has been designing, painting and making sets, props and costumes for theatre and carnival since graduating from Wimbledon School of Art in 2001. With additional experience as a BBC Prop Buyer and Art Director for several feature films, Zoë has the transferable skills required to get design jobs done on time and in budget. Zoë undertakes all kinds of theatre work including production design, scenic painting/ mural, prop/ costume making, character costumes, large scale carnival backpack/ puppet costumes, set dressing/ decorating. Having designed lots of installations in cupboards and cellars, Zoë aspires to designing monolithic opera sets! With a sideline in reconditioning furniture, and increasingly Interior Design, Zoë plans to offer workshops in these subjects in 2012.
