1983-86 Trained in dance & choreography at London Contemporary Dance School 1986 Performed at Riverside Studios with Pablo Ventura Company 1987 member of Scottish Dance Theatre (director-Pete Royston) 1988 member of Vienna Festival Ballet Company 1989-90 performed in Carmen at Earls Court London, and in Tokyo, Japan. 1991 Formed own company called Back to Back, performing around Scotland 1991-92 Worked with Scottish Ballet?s Steps Out Company teaching and performing throughout Scotland. 1993-94 Member of Tag Theatre Company performing in the trilogy, acting and dancing in A Scots Quair, touring Scotland and as part of The Edinburgh Festival. 1994 Joined Adventures in Motion Pictures. Teaching Experience: Jacquie has taught for Scottish Ballet?s Steps Out, The Royal Academy of Music, Adventures in Motion Pictures, London Contemporary Dance School and at Coventry University teaching both ballet and contemporary techniques. She has taught widely in schools and all ages from 4 years and up and is a qualified TOP dance trainer, Which is a scheme to support teachers teaching dance in schools. Choreography Experience Jacquie has choreographed on her own projects, performed around Scotland and in the Shetland Isles. Jacquie also has an ITEC diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage and has recently gained a diploma in seated acupressure massage. |
