| I became involved in commercial sculpting and modelmaking about 15 years ago. I have worked on several major feature films including First Knight, Fifth Element, Interview with a Vampire, and Frankenstein {Kenneth Branaghs version with De Niro}. In 1999 I moved up to Glasgow and joined The Quickening {Glasgows premier scenery, special effects and costume company} all of my prop work up there has been for TV, adult shows including Taggart, Monarch of the Glen and River City. For kids I've worked on Captain Abercromby, Intergalactic Kitchen, Shoebox Zoo, the Saturday Show and Woolamaloo {designed by Howard Lloyd who's also listed on this site and hopefully available for a glowing reference!}. I moved back to Shropshire in Autumn 2005, my last piece of work was on TV last week {2/3/06} for The Culture Show - a figurine for 'The Kermodes' Mark Kermodes alternative comment on the Oscars. | |
