| As a professional Bassoonist Karyn has experience of playing musicals and operas, mainly at the Theatre Royal in Bath. Karyn recently graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with a Postgraduate Diploma in Performance. She studied bassoon with Steve Marsden (Principal Bassoon with WNO), Martin Gatt, and contrabassoon with Chris Vale (2nd Bassoon with WNO). Karyn also has a large and varied orchestral background and a wide range of teaching experience. |
