Parthian are based in Cardigan/Aberteifi on the west coast of Wales and publish a diverse range of Welsh based dramatists working in Wales and beyond. What we publish reflects a diverse contemporary Wales while based around stories and perspectives fromwriters who are looking out or write about a wider world. Lloyd Robson is currently researching a book about Robert Mitchum - his ferocious monologue cardiff cut is just crying out for an actor to put it on at the edinburgh fringe. We have just published Roger Williams's play Mother Tongue about minority world languages and Now You're Talking drama in conversation a book of interviews with leading Welsh playwrights edited by Hazel Walford Davies which will be raising many questions in November. We are aiming to produce a carnival of voices with an innovative range of drama, new fiction and poetry reflecting a unique world of styles and stories from some of the best writers and dramatists working today.
