The Welsh premier of EAST IS EAST– the award winning and hilarious Comedy written by Ayub Khan Din on Tuesday March 14 2006 at 7.45pm A Pilot Theatre, York Theatre Royal and Octagon Theatre Bolton Co-Production; East is East is set in Salford in 1970 and tracks the lives of George Khan (Genghis to his family), Ella his British wife and their six children, as George tries to assert his traditional values over his increasingly independent kids. There will also be a special Q & A session after the performance where the audience will get the opportunity to quiz the cast and company |
