RON Davies, architect then pariah of Welsh politics, could find a route to the National Assembly's Cabinet. The Post-16 Education Committee is likely to recommend that the Assembly appoint a Secretary for Culture to the Cabinet, and leaders of that committee believe the position is ready-made for Mr Davies.
