FRANK IS BACK AND AT HIS BEST! Frank Vickery is back on stage at Blackwood Miners’ Institute, as the flamboyant Teddy in his hilarious and popular comedy Trivial Pursuits next month.

The Trealow and West Amateur Theatrical Society are about to cast their next production and due to the credit crunch, Nick their director has to wrestle with some difficult choices in financing and casting the production. So he invites a few actors and some of the committee to a summer barbecue at his home to announce his decision.

As the evening progresses, and the alcohol flows Nick ends up promising a different show and the lead part to more than one actor! Meanwhile the party goes into the wee small hours revealing a blackmail plot, a possible affair, an attempted suicide and a twist at the end that will surprise everyone.

Frank is re-united with acclaimed Welsh actress Sue Roderick, and hence Teddy is reunited with his drunken sidekick Joyce, both characters last seen in the outstanding 2007 production of Granny Annie.

This is Frank Vickery at his best – with biting one-liners, moments of pure slapstick and hilarious farce - You’ll die laughing! If you’ve enjoyed any of Frank’s comedies, you will love TRIVIAL PURSUITS!!

Don’t miss the farce to end all farce at Blackwood Miners’ Institute from Monday 1st June to Wednesday 3rd June at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £11 with £10 concessions and are available from the Box Office on 01495 227206 or book your tickets online at
