"....and candles of tallow were placed in the window to help guide the boats home." Have you ever wondered why Oystermouth was given that name? Did you know that Swansea Bay was once famous worldwide for its excellent oysters and that there are moves afoot to re-instate the oyster industry? Did you know that Gladstone visited Mumbles to sample these delicious fruits of the sea?

Come and see this fascinating tale unfold in a dance theatre show with live music performed by local people, directed by Creative Wales Award Winner, Douglas Comley and including internationally renowned Dynion Male Dance Company. This is a landmark community arts performance by Arts Council Wales Beacon Award Company, your local community dance provider, TAN Dance.
