THE Wales Millennium Centre is likely to get the final go-ahead later this month, but some AMs are furious that £25m of public money will be spent without a democratic vote. The Culture Minister Jenny Randerson told the National Assembly yesterday that the developers will present the WMC board with a fixed-price proposal next Wednesday, December 12, and she will make the decision on the flagship arts centre for Cardiff Bay soon afterwards.
