THE final cost of the Wales Millennium Arts Centre has been fixed at £92m the South Wales Echo can exclusively reveal today. Final plans for the Cardiff Bay-based arts venue were delivered by courier to the National Assembly this morning, presenting AMs with a real dilemma.
