Plunge 2011

Plunge 2011
Plunge is a spell-binding, double-bill of bold and beautiful dance from six superbly talented young professional dancers.

We’ve all heard of Mozart, but imagine what was going through the young genius’ head when he was writing this ravishing music that our dancers use to perform with. Up Close and Personal from Roy Campbell-Moore does just that, getting Up Close inside Mozart’s music and Personal with the dancers in passionate moments of deep intimacy magnified through a vibrant cyclorama of close up photography.

An emotionally driven and highly charged production, Embark takes the audience on a moving and unforgettable journey through a resurrected past, as the dancers fly, swoop and dive in a furious flood of dance. Created by Welsh choreographer, Phil Williams, the dance is set to a haunting original score by the composer, Benjamin Talbot.

This is a captivating and totally engaging evening of dance to enjoy.
