Aberystwyth Arts Centre Castaway Community Theatre celebrate their 20 year anniversary |
Castaway celebrate twenty years of presenting cutting edge theatre with a return to Lucy Gough's specially commissioned play Mapping The Soul from ten years ago.Mapping the Soul is a fast paced and exciting race through the underworld in an energetic and frequently comical quest to discover the meaning of life. A vast array of colourful characters, including Angels, Death and Adam and Eve combine to create a truly fantastic world where just about anything can happen. Laced with dark humour and accompanied by a crunching sound track from a live band this promises to be an exhilarating piece of theatre. "All the cast are extremely good...David Blumfield's directing is highly accomplished"...Dic Edwards Mapping The Soul 2001. Performances are at The RAFA Club, Bridge Street Aberystwyth and start at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7 (£5).
