LEGACY AND CHALLENGE: August 16-21 2011
International Festival Gathering
Hosted by Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff.

Following on from our message earlier in the year, the Magdalena Project (Wales) board of trustees is pleased to announce the programme of events for this six day festival. Please go to http://www.themagdalenaproject.org/archive/25celebration/programme.htm

This gathering is our chance to evaluate the LEGACY of the Magdalena and to identify future CHALLENGES. It is a moment to experiment and propose new strategies for thinking, making, organizing, and most importantly CONTINUING…

The FESTIVAL TICKET at £240.00 includes access to all workshops, performances, debates and special events throughout the six days plus two meals a day in the festival restaurant. The Festival offers:

* Performances, Work Demonstrations, Works in Progress, Debates and facilitated talks
* Each day a different programme of workshops to choose from
* Streaming of selected events and online activities for those who cannot attend
* The Open Page publishes a new collaborative book on the history of the Magdalena Project
* We launch a newly designed website
* We are establishing a home for the Project’ s Archive at The Centre for Performance Research

There are a few full festival tickets remaining (day passes are available on request).

To register: email magdalena@themagdalenaproject.org or phone Jill Greenhalgh on +44 (0)1239 682194.
