The Great Outdoors 2012 is for arts practitioners, funders, arts venues, storytellers, academics, local authorities and festivals working in Wales, and is the first of its kind in the country. Working with leading organisations including The Arts Council of Wales, National Theatre Wales, NoFitState Circus, Walk the Plank, Citrus Arts, Emergency Exit Arts, Global Carnival Centre and The International Street Arts Network, it aims to spark ambitious new works across all art forms - street theatre, carnival, procession, music, puppetry, circus, arts installation - providing a platform to develop new ideas and projects, access to funding and forge collaborations.
