Blackwood Miner’s Institute will be alive with laughter, singing and a lot of booing and hissing this Thursday (6th December) as the curtain rises on the opening night of this year’s pantomime, Babes in the Wood. Top Welsh entertainer, Owen Money, is joined by an all singing, all dancing cast who will be sure to delight the whole family during this action packed panto. The show follows the hero, Robin Hood as he sets out to foil the plans of the evil Sherriff of Nottingham, saving the poor babes in the woods and wooing the lovely Maid Marian along the way. With action, romance, a hero and heroine, laugh-out-loud comedy and plenty of opportunity to boo and hiss at the villain, this panto is sure to be a hit with people of all ages. The show runs throughout December from 6th until 30th. Tickets range from £6.00 to £15.00.
