31 January – 1February - Forced Entertainment’s new theatre piece THE COMING STORM Following the huge success of Spectacular in 2008 and The Thrill of it All in 2010, ‘Britain’s most brilliant experimental theatre company’ (The Guardian) present their haunting new show, The Coming Storm. 1 and 7 February - PlayPen Writing For Performance Group The third showcase of new writing from the Aberystwyth Arts Centre’s Writing for Performance Group, presented over two evenings. 2 February – Andrew Lawrence Is Coming To Get You Star of Live at the Apollo (BBC1), Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow (BBC1) and now a regular on Channel 4's Stand Up For The Week, Andrew Lawrence presents his brand new show, Andrew Lawrence is Coming to Get You, at Aberystwyth Arts Centre on Saturday 2 February. 3 February – Y Bont A one-off, promenade performance through the streets of Aberystwyth, marking the 50th anniversary of the first ever non-violent, direct action protest for equal rights for the Welsh language. Dim yn hir i fynd hyd nes digwyddiad arbennig Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru i ddathlu 50 mlynedd ers protest enwog Pont Trefechan yn Aberystwyth. 5 +6 February – Ballet Boyz: The Talent The award-winning, internationally renowned and hugely popular BalletBoyz® will be touring this spring with the TALENT 2013. 10 February – Rapunzell (Tutti Frutti) Following on from last year’s smash hit Hare and Tortoise, the acclaimed tutti frutti are set to celebrate their 21st Birthday with an enchanting new adaptation by leading children's playwright Mike Kenny of the much loved story Rapunzel. |
