TFC have recently received funding from the National Assembly, the ACW, and ELWa amongst others to formalise a project called Rehearsal for Reality (R4R). R4R creates spaces which allow citizens and policy makers to think creatively about issues affecting communities and to find workable solutions. The R4R project's activities involve the training of community groups in Theatre of the Oppressed techniques.The 20 Wales wide groups currently receiving training through the R4R project will imput into TFC's first national conference - the Agora. The Agora offers the opportunity for policy makers and citizens to discuss and develop policies collaboratively as an experiment in creative democracy.
