Cwmni Theatr Arad Goch launch Gwŷl Agor Drysau Opening Doors 2014. Cwmni Theatr Arad Goch is pleased to launch Gwŷl Agor Drysau – Opening Doors 2014. This is the only Festival of its kind in Wales and due to the continuing Support of the Arts Council of Wales, the event provides children, families and young people with a fantastic opportunity to see some of the best International Performances here in Wales.

From the 1 – 4 of April Wales will welome performers from Australia, America, Valencia, Italy, France, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland, and they will be performing alongside some of the best performers from Wales.

Performances will take place in Aberystwyth (Canolfan Arad Goch, Aberystwyth Arts Center and the National Library of Wales), many performers will travel to other areas to perform in Pontardawe Arts Center, Theatr Mwldan, Theatr Felinfach, Lyric Theatre Carmarthen and the Gwyn Hall in Neath.

Cwmni Theatr Arad Goch will celebrate its 25th birthday on the first Day of the Festival, as a result this 8th Agor Drysau – Opening Doors Festival will be bigger than ever with a jam packed programme of performances, practical workshops, professional seminars and several ‘Fringe’ events taking place in the evening.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming many old friends who are returning to Wales to perform and attend this Festival and we’re also looking forward to welcome new friends who are attending for the first time. This will be a big International party so join us to experience a wealth of International Theatre, it’s going to be great fun!”
