The Lost Dairies of Peregrine B

The Lost Dairies of Peregrine B
For many years, Peregrine N. Barit meandered erratically across the globe, suffering unimaginable hardships as he visited remote communities in his determination to record their timeless traditional music before it became “swamped by the horrors of so-called modern civilisation”.

It was considered by many a supreme irony that the resultant collection of meticulously annotated diaries would eventually be mislaid in a convenience store on the outskirts of Wolverhampton.

Undaunted by this crushing blow, and having no option other than to draw on his fast fading memories, Peregrine has decided to embark on a series of public lectures in a last ditch attempt to make public some of the gems gleaned from his wanderings.

Jez is a stori-wr, a story man, from Trefenter in Ceredigion. A musician,
an artist, a man who speaks the language of story, as the folk poets spoke poetry in everyday conversation. He has told tales on many an occasion at the Arts Centre, once as Dai Verse, and wrote the music for the film The Funeral of the Last Gypsy King.
