The Alajotas Dance Company from Nigeria will be conducting a three hour workshop which will explore the choreography of their latest work 'Ile'(meaning 'home'). The workshop will be held on 28/0103 from 10am-1pm at the Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff. The price of the workshop is 10 (5 concessions) Gaby Agis, a choreographer, will be leading a workshop on the Skinner Releasing Technique which is an approach to movement that integrates the mind and body in much the same way as the Alexander Technique works. The workshop will be beneficial to both experienced dancers and beginners. The workshop will take place in Bangor on the 15-16/02/03 between 10am and 5pm.
