Back by overwhelmingly popular demand, The Rocky Horror Show returns to Cardiff! The world’s favourite rock ‘n’ roll musical comes to the New from Monday 21 – Saturday 26 November, only nine months after its record-breaking sell-out run in February.Richard O’Brien’s cult classic tells the story of Brad and his fiancée Janet, two squeaky clean college kids who meet Dr Frank ‘n’ Furter by chance when their car breaks down outside his house whilst on their way to visit a college professor. It is an adventure they’ll never forget, with fun, frolics, frocks and frivolity. The ensemble of unforgettable characters is played by an all-star cast, including Paul Cattermole (former S Club 7 member), Liam Tamne (The Voice), Haley Flaherty (Matilda, Mamma Mia), Richard Meek (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Godspell), Sophie Linder-Lee (Wicked) and Philip Franks (The Darling Buds of May, Heartbeat). The show features some of musical theatre’s greatest songs, including Science Fiction/Double Feature, Sweet Transvestite, Dammit Janet and the classic floor-filler, The Time Warp.
