PLANS to establish a multi-million-pound theatre and arts centre in the heart of Merthyr Tydfil may be given a boost on Monday. The present Castle Cinema has been identified as the potential site of a purpose-built multimedia centre incorporating a theatre and workshops for aspiring performance artists. |
