Cardiff’s pub theatre The Other Room present Flossy and Boo cabaret theatre show this Christmas |
Cardiff’s pub theatre The Other Room, located in Porter’s and winner of The Stage’s Fringe Theatre of the Year Award 2016, will host comedy duo Flossy and Boo and their brand new show Flossy and Boo: The Alternativity this Christmas. Flossy and Boo: The Alternativity is a cabaret-style theatre show which sees Flossy and Boo delve into the festive season in all its messy glory, hangovers and all, bringing something a little bit racy, cheeky and downright silly to The Other Room this December. A Christmas show filled with music and comedy, this one is definitely just for the grown-ups. Comedy duo Anja Conti and Laura Jeffs formed Flossy and Boo in 2014, with an ambition and vision to create innovative work that looks at the world from an unconventional point of view. Anja and Laura comment: “Here at Flossy and Boo HQ, we are always finding new ways of working and environments to disrupt! It is important to us to be working within Wales as well as touring our work internationally. The Other Room is a perfect venue for our grown up work as they champion innovative theatre makers plus there is a bar attached.
