Musicfest is an annual festival of concerts, classes and conviviality which takes place at Aberystwyth Arts Centre. This year we open with a performance by Sheku Kanneh Mason, winner of the 2016 BBC Young Musician of the Year and cellist at this year's Royal Wedding. Among the many highlights this year, there will be performances by concert pianist, Tom Poster and award winning London born soprano Raphaela Papadakis. The Orion Orchestra will be playing Schubert’s Symphony No.6; the Solem Quartet will perform Beethoven’s Quartet Op.127 and along with David Campbell, Schubert’s Clarinet Quintet in B minor,Op115. This years festival will run from 28 July - 4 August.
