Mae cynhyrchiad newydd Aakash Odedra yn ei weld yn symud ymlaen o'i rôl berfformio i greu cynhyrchiad dawns trawiadol ar gyfer saith o ddawnswyr rhyngwladol. Wedi'i enwi ar ôl y mudiad cydsafiad a sefydlwyd yn sgil y llofruddiaethau erchyll yn swyddfeydd Charlie Hebdo ym Mharis, mae #JeSuis yn ddarn pigog a phryfoclyd. Mae Odedra yn archwilio'r ffaith bod rhyddid llafar yn cael ei dagu, y cynnydd mewn agweddau senoffobig a dadleoliad pobl oherwydd gwrthdaro.

Aakash Odedra’s new production sees him stepping outside his performance role to create a stunning dance production for seven international dancers. Named after the solidarity movement which followed horrific murders at the Charlie Hebdo offices in Paris, #JeSuis is an edgy and thought-provoking work. Odedra explores the strangulation of freedom of speech, the rise of xenophobic attitudes and the displacement of people through conflict.
