THE arts world in Wales will formally break away from London next month when Culture Minister Jenny Randerson chairs the first meeting of a consortium of quangos that will aim to extend culture into every element of life in Wales. Members of the consortium - known as Cymru’n Creu - will be focused around the arts council and education, and also include the Welsh Development Agency, the sports council, the tourist board and others.
